Rootitude is passionate about helping our first responders, military, and medical personnel and we are very protective of the Thin Blue, Red, Gold, Green Line – those who run in when others run out. We know how much their animals mean to them and are also very aware of the very questions that they worry about on a regular basis.

It can be hard to trust your pets with someone else and from personal experience, we know you don’t want to trust “just anyone” and we’re here to tell you – you don’t have to!

As a pet sitter often entrusted with the care of a beloved companion battling cancer, I understand the immense responsibility that comes with this role. It is a privilege to provide comfort and support during this challenging time. I am committed to ensuring that your pet receives the utmost care, whether it's administering medication, accompanying them to vet appointments, or simply offering a gentle touch and reassuring presence. I empathize with the emotional weight that comes with caring for a pet with cancer and will do everything in my power to create a calm and loving environment for them.

DOG WALKING

At Rootitude, we offer enriching walks for your dog, hoping to make it one of the best parts of their day! Our walks are GPS-tracked, so you can follow along on the journey. We will only walk multiple dogs at the same time if they are from the same household in an effort to keep them safe and comfortable.

HOME VISITS

Rootitude offers home visits for whatever pet you may have – dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, etc! This option is best if you are on vacation and need someone to check on your independent cat, or if you just want someone to come and check in on your animal friend because of your crazy work schedule.

SPECIAL NEEDS

Rootitude specializes in special needs pets and medication administration. Whether you need someone to drop by while you’re on vacation to make sure your cat gets their monthly flea medication, or your senior dog needs special care while you’re at work – we’re here for you!
