I'm Jessica, and I'm thrilled to have you here. After retiring as a police lieutenant from a large agency in Washington, I've chosen to settle in the beautiful Tri-Cities. As a devoted patriot, I hold immense admiration for our first responders, military personnel, and healthcare heroes.

I warmly welcome all clients to Rootitude, but there's a special place in my heart for those I just mentioned. I understand the challenges that first responders face when unexpected late calls arise and they need to care for their beloved pets. Having personally experienced this situation multiple times, I'm here to lend a helping hand and ensure the well-being of your furry companions during those extended hours. At Rootitude, we're fully equipped to cater to all your pets' needs, so you can rely on us to provide the utmost care and attention while you focus on your vital responsibilities as a first responder.

To our non-first responder clients, I want to emphasize that at Rootitude, we hold the same love and care for you and your furry companions.
